Fortel Services Ltd are seeking a Drainage Foreman for a long term project in Chelmsford.

Ideally you will come from a Groundworks background and have strong capabilities within setting out such as drainage. You will also be required to have strong experience assisting Site Management with the smooth running of the job and so you must have knowledge of the below in order to succeed within the position:

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew

• Allocate general and daily responsibilities

• Supervise and train workers and tradespeople

• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

• Health and safety procedures

• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment

• Assist with daily deliveries and identify where materials will be needed

• Resolve problems when they arise

• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

Must Have

• Cscs card
• SMSTS or SSSTS
