Role Outline:  

  

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas within the site offices including (but not limited to); the canteen, toilets, offices, corridors and public areas.  

 

 

Requirements:  

 

• Previous cleaning experience within a similar environment 

• Ability to be polite and professional at all times 

• Track record of being punctual and reliable 

• Knowledge of COSHH would be an advantage 

• Comfortable working in a construction environment where access to and from the building may be muddy 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:   

 

• Vacuuming of all areas 

• Mopping floors 

• Emptying bins 

• Dusting and disinfecting surfaces 

• Cleaning toilets 

• Other duties as identified by the client
